It seems like the winter in Canada is going for an early start, this morning while enjoying my mandatory cup of coffee
 I've was a witness to the 1st Canadian snow fall of the year (in the Toronto area). It lasted only for a few minutes and within a few moments all evidence of this event melted, but non the less it was yet another reminder that the days of good weather are numbered  .

I'm home ill today on the west slope of the Green Mountains in Vermont, and experiencing our first snow of the year as well. The snowflakes are drifting lazily down in borderline freezing weather, and don't appear to be accumulating on the ground as of yet.
Which is fine... I'm not ready to start shoveling just yet!

And I can confirm that Montreal experienced it as well.

Yeah.. snowed here in Montreal, as Jason noted... only for 2 minutes, though... at least during my drive in from the West Island.
